5. Fanshawe College Professor. Henry has been teaching at Fanshawe College (part time) for over 15 years in the Quality Assurance Program.

Henry is a professional auditor, he goes into companies and organizations and make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. He has the skills and training to ask the right questions, to get the right information. For example, ensuring that their customers are getting value for the products and services they are paying for.
    
7. Lives in the Neighborhood and is Active in the Community. Henry lives in North East London and works in the area. Henry is very active in the community (especially in Ward 3) and donates countless hours of his time in helping making London a better place for everyone. 
    
8. Work Ethic to Produce Results. Henry Zupanc has worked hard all his life. From when he as 16 years old and needed a bike (family could not afford it) so he got his first job and worked until he could buy it or working every summer full time as a painter, to save enough money to pay for his education each year. To today, where is running a successful problem solving company that helps keep and create jobs in London, Ontario Canada.
    
9. Cares about People. Henry cares about people. He has developed programs for HRDC and Fanshawe College to help people who have lost their jobs or are in the midst of a major career change, get back into the work force. Henry also volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society, Small Business Centre and London Canada Celebrations. Remember, if we don't grow, create jobs and entice business here, we can't fund social programs, help the less fortunate and maintain vital services such as police and fire.
