My family came to this great country called Canada not knowing anybody, not being able to be speak the language, facing adversity and many challenges along the way. They helped lay the foundation for a better life for us.

I will be forever grateful and thankful to live in one of the best countries in the world thanks to them. I love Canada and I am proud to be an Londoner for over 28 years.

Henry has been working with a diverse group of companies located not only in London but all across Canada.

As a business owner, I know about meeting payroll, budgets, balancing the books and all the administration that goes with running a successful business. It involves a review of all operations, every department - from top to bottom.

Henry Zupanc has taught part time at Fanshawe College for over 20 years. Henry has taught every course offered in the Quality Assurance Program. When teaching it is only one class per semester (2 courses per year). What is Quality Assurance? Quality Assurance is about doing things right the first time, on time, all the time, to the customers (tax payers) satisfaction. Courses Henry has taught at Fanshawe include: Team Building and Problem Solving, ISO 9000, Blue Print Reading, Manufacturing Methods and Techniques, Statistical Process Control, Quality Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership Techniques.   Henry Knows Real Estate and Real Estate Law   Henry is also a licensed real estate representative. However, he is not actively involved in the trading of real estate, as his licensed has been parked for over 8 years.    Henry's Education & Qualifications Henry Zupanc is a graduate in Business Administration and Industrial Management. Henry is also a Certified Quality Auditor by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and by the Registration Accreditation Board (RAB). That means Henry is qualified to go into companies/businesses/government offices and audit them. The audit includes looking at their practices, policies, procedures, products and services to see if they are doing what they are supposed to be doing and it also includes looking for better ways of doing things.  Henry is also a Certified Professional Trainer by the Canadian Training and Development Group of Canada (CTDG).   Henry's Interests and Hobbies? Henry is a car guy, he loves Restoring and Collecting Classic Cars. Proud owner of a 1960's Classic Convertible.   Henry is an animal lover as you can see - loves dogs and cats       Henry also has some musical skills as he plays the Drums       Sports: enjoys playing hockey, golf, tennis and squash.
