- To continue to provide you the same
(if not better) level of service that Bernie MacDonald
provided you for the last 28 years. I will also bring a fresh
approach, new perspective and energy, to City Hall.
- To Listen to you.
- To be
Available to you. Being self-employed and living in the
neighborhood, allows me to have
flexible hours so I can meet and talk with you anytime.
I also carry a pager, cell phone and blackberry (email) which
makes me totally accessible to you. I am only a phone call,
email or block away.

To Communicate with you. I
will work hard to keep you informed on a regular basis during my 4
year term. I will be seeking your input on a regular basis on the
important issues facing London. Then taking your feedback
back to City Hall. I will also:
- Keep
the Zupanc.ca website going.
- Organize town hall meetings with Ward
3 residents seeking your input, feedback and direction.
- Bring
integrity to City
Hall.

Work hard for
all of the
residents of Ward 3.
- Conduct myself in a
Professional Manner.
- Be a voice for fiscal
Responsibility and Accountability.
- Provide new Ideas
and
new Solutions.

Project a Positive Attitude for
North East London.
- Last but not least,
I will follow up to ensure you, your issue, concern and/or problem
have been taken care of (resolved). I will never leave you
hanging, I will always get back to you.
